The Order Process

» Formals and Semi-Formals are available to purchase at our New York location. If the outfits needs any particular change in styling and size, it can be Made-To-Order based on client’s need as well. Our outfits are made using very exclusive fabrics like Pure Silks, Laces, Brocades, Georgette, Chiffons & Antique Drapes etc. The embroideries are Handmade and are developed using very intricate Couture Techniques to craft a unique product.


The Pret Line


» The outfits under the Pret Line are available to order right away through the email ordering process.

» You can click on the Order Enquiry form next to the outfit and the Team will contact you right away followed by the ordering process.

» The Pret line is will be shipped within 15-20 days approx depending on the location it will be shipped to.

» The Pret line is also open to any size manipulation by clicking on the Custom size option. Our Team will coordinate with the clients to follow up with the rest of the process until completion.

» Once you place the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details which has to be finalized with your confirmation.


Custom Orders for Couture Line


» The Custom outfits will be designed and developed from scratch. We custom make Bridal, Evening and Semi formals.


» You can call/email us to schedule an appointment and meet us with your requirements at our New York Studio where we discuss your requirements regarding your outfit which is further directed by our team with the process of Designing, Making and Fittings.


» Our Designer will have a one-n- one meeting with you to understand your requirements on your Dream outfit. We give special attention to the occasion at which you will be carrying that outfit, your body type, season of the event and your personal style and then proper sketching and color selection is done based on that. One you approve the design, the fabrics and embroideries are selected and measurements are taken for proper fit.


» After the outfit goes into production, it takes about 5-10 weeks (depending how intricate and heavy the embroideries are). Our Team will notify you if there is anything that needed to be checked by the client during the process.


» Once the outfit is ready, we will contact the client for fittings. We won’t deliver until the client is completely satisfied with the fittings.


» If the client is Out of State/Country and want to place an order, they can communicate with us via email and one of our dedicated Team members will help you with our very simple Ordering Process followed by the design finalization, fabric/work selection & measurements. We communicate with the clients with all updates and including Colors, Embroideries and Style of the outfit to make sure it’s made as per as your requirements, measurements and consent. The entire process of online order can take anywhere between 6 to 12 weeks. We will ship the outfit to you anywhere in the world. 



» Re’ Malhi specializes in Custom made (Bespoke) & Made-to- Order Clothing. The custom made pieces are designed and developed from the scratch especially based on the client’s requirements. Very specific Formals and Semi-Formals are also available as Ready to Wear at our New York location.


» Our expertise lies in making any kind/style of South Asian Bridal/Evenings and Semi formals Wear (Anarkalis, Lehngas, Bridal Suits, Reception Gowns). Every Outfit is ONE-of- a-Kind and will always make a distinct statement.


» Any outfit that’s available online can be customized in any size and changed to any variation of Fabric, Color and Embroideries depending on the client’s needs and requirements.
